Jessica Johnson ~ Chiropractor

I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan in 2001 after completing a 4 year honours degree in Chiropractic. I have always had a keen interest in chiropractic healthcare after recieving treatment throughout my childhood for various sporting injuries.

Since graduating I have worked primarily at Thirsk Chiropractic Clinic, where I still work 2.5 days a week, and as a locum in York. Throughout this time I have gained valuable experience and still enjoy everything about the job, which is why I feel the time is right for me to set up the clinic in Ripon.

I have a keen interest in health and general well being, especially in relation to the lifestyles we live today and the impacts on our bodies. I feel that I, as a chiropractor can help people take responsibility for their own healthcare and guide them to greater wellbeing.

As well as chiropractic treatment, we hope to offer other therapies such as Reflexology, Indian head massage and Reiki. Please call the clinic for further information.

Claire Morley ~ Chiropractor

Claire graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Masters degree.
Claire grew up in the Norfolk area so she is well used to the life in Market towns.

She has always been interested in health care and the main inspiration and motivation for her to become a chiropractor was through experiencing the benefits that both her parents received from chiropractic care.

Claire aspires to bring a patient- centered approach to her patient care and seek to continue learning and to grow professionally. Claire also has a particular interest in functional rehabilitation and peadiatrics. In her spare time Claire likes to keep fit and enjoys horse riding and running.

Claire is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

Marjorie Sanderson ~ Reflexologist

My first introduction to reflexology was through a night school course. The course gave me the ability to improve friends and family well being. This led me to doing a course through the Ashton School of Reflexology, which is accredited to the Association of Reflexologist.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy, which works on the feet to help heal the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms. I qualified in 2003 and ensure that my techniques are updated frequently in order that my clients receive the best treatments.

I was given an opportunity to do a taster course in Indian Head Massage, leading on to a full course
thereafter. and qualifying in 2005. One of my clients said after having a treatment that it was as good
as having a chill pill.

Indian Head Massage is an ultra relaxing and energising treatment, working on the head, neck and shoulders.

My first introduction to Reiki was by having a taster treatment at a complementary health show. Which led on to me being attuned in 2004. Reiki is a method of natural healing which is centred upon universal life energy, the meaning of the Japanese word 'Reiki'.
